I hold a BSc (Hon) Psychology, 2:1; and Graduate Basis for Registration with the British Psychological Society. During my studies I worked in various mental health settings in clinics and hospitals and gained Mental Health (Part One). I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I integrate various techniques as appropriate to each client. This is done with a mainly Humanistic or Person-Centred approach. I am also a Master Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and trained in hypnotherapy with BSECH (British Society for Experimental and Clinical Hypnosis). In addition I have studied Mindfulness and Autogenic Therapy. I enjoy helping people identify and achieve their personal goals, working with people on self-development to achieve their full potential, and finding strategies to cope with issues that may causing stress and anxiety. I am happy to say I have received very positive feedback; and although there is no requirement to do so, former clients have taken the trouble to contact me to let me know how much therapy helped. I have successfully worked with a variety of issues and with clients of different ages, socio-economic backgrounds, and cultures. I am sensitive and respectful of others' cultures, religious beliefs, and sexuality. I work mainly in the central London area and visit companies for in-house consultations.
